Breading the Chicken Tenders
Season a pound of thawed chicken tenders with 1 tablespoon of Chugwater Chili Seasoning or Chugwater Chili Hot Chili Seasoning if you want them spicier.
In a small bowl beat 2 eggs with ½ cup milk.
Crush 2 cups of plain cornflakes then season with 2 tablespoons of Chugwater Chili Seasoning. You can crush them in a food processor or place the cornflakes in a sealable storage bag and crush them with a rolling pin or your hands. Place in a shallow bowl.
