Brown the two lbs of ground beef on the sauté function in my InstantPot, drained the fat and added the packet of chili mix. Reading the recipe on the back of the packet, I thought it called for too much tomato sauce so I used one 8oz can of tomato sauce, 1 1/2 cans water using the 8oz can from the tomato sauce. I had a large 26 oz can of Ranch Style beans so I added that, liquid and all. It was runny, but I figured it would be and knew what to do...I mixed a 1/4 cup of Masa Harina with a 1/4 cup of warm water and mixed that into the chili and stirred. I covered the instant pot, set it for 5 min on manual and then waited for the alarm to sound and then I did a full release to let out the steam.
