Here in New Jersey, It has become a Super Bowl tradition to make a large batch of chili for the residents and friends of Leisure Village East (55+). Every year, we get the same reviews, "This is Great.... delicious...what is your recipe?....etc...."
I used the bulk, 20# meat recipe...This year I browned the meat in smaller batches (5#) and added a proportionate amount of Chugwater Seasoning to each batch. I found this much more manageable than trying to do it all at one time.
I also added 16oz of beer to the mix (in lieu of water)... just to mix it up a bit and I added a bit more seasoning than called for.
Chugwater Seasoning is a great starter for any chili recipe, it takes away the guesswork
