Grilled Sweet and Spicy Chicken Breasts

This easy grilled chicken breast recipe is perfect if you like a sweet and spicy combination. Seasoned with our chili seasoning and glazed with our red pepper jelly this delicious grilled chicken recipe is bound to have your taste buds craving more.

The combination of our chili seasoning and red pepper jelly creates a sweet flavor with the kick of the red chilies you find in the chili seasoning. Season the Chicken Breasts with Chili Seasoning

Chugwater Chili Seasoned chicken breast

For this recipe take 4 thawed chicken breasts and coat each side with our Chugwater Chili Seasoning (You should use around 2 Tbs of the chili seasoning in total. If you like things spicier you can always add more chili seasoning if you wish.) You can let the chicken breasts marinate in the seasoning for 10 minutes or just start grilling.

Grill the Chicken Breasts

Heat your grill to 350 degrees. Make sure to clean your grill off before you start grilling. Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 7 minutes on one side then flip and cook the other side for another 7 minutes. Make sure the chicken is cooked through to 165 degrees. If you do not have a thermometer slice into the chicken breast and see if it looks pink or has turned a white color to indicate it is done.

Glaze the Seasoned Chicken Breasts

Before you pull the chicken breasts off the grill, take ½ jar of Chugwater Chili Red Pepper Jelly and baste onto each side of the chicken breasts. Let each side cook for around 2 minutes each. This lets the red pepper jelly cook onto the meat to give it the sweet and spicy flavor. Now you are ready to pull the chicken breasts off the grill and enjoy!!!
