How to Prepare the Pork Chops
In a medium skillet sear each side of the pork chops. For this recipe, you will need about 2 pounds of pork chops or 4 large pork chops. These can be boneless or bone-in whichever you prefer. You can season each side with some of the Chugwater Chili Green Chili Seasoning to give them more flavor.
They do not have to be cooked all the way through because you will be baking them with a green chile cream cheese mixture on top.
Preparing the Green Chile Cream Cheese Sauce
In a small bowl mix together 8 ounces cream cheese that has been softened, 4 oz of diced green chilies, and 1 tablespoon Chugwater Chili Green Chili Seasoning.
